Dr. Becker provides health and wellness care to patients who do not qualify for skilled physical therapy services but could benefit from supervised care for a chronic injury, illness, or condition that limits health and overall wellness. Treatment sessions are variable and dependent on individual needs.
Indications for Health and Wellness Care
- Support authorized skilled physical therapy (PT)
- Provide not medically necessary supportive care
- Provide non-injury health and wellness care (exercise programs)
Since health and wellness care is considered maintenance, a referral from an Approved Medical Provider (AMP) is not required. Please refer to the information on Direct Access.
